Vehicle Maintenance Technician | Phoenix, Arizona
General Description
Work with the largest, top rated hot air balloon company in the Southwest: Rainbow Ryders Hot Air Balloon Ride Co.Rise above the rest, work with the best. We are looking for fun, energetic, people who work great in team environments. As part of our vehicle maintenance team you will perform light maintenance on vehicles, trailers, and small fan engines.
Job Responsibilities
- Proper alignment
- Oil Changes
- Proper function of brakes, axels, doors, gear shifts, air conditioning/heating, batteries, lights, bulbs, etc.
- Inclusion of all safety items (fire extinguishers, safety information/phone numbers, state land permits, first aid kits, appropriate paperwork)
- Investigation of rattles and knocking
- Liftgate repairs
- Small welding projects
- Tracking and upkeep of vehicle documentation
Qualifications
- 1 year of Vehicle Maintenance Experience
- Hot Air Balloon Experience is a plus, but not required
Pay
$20.00/hour, DOE plus tips
Hours
Full-Time, Choose your own hours, Monday - Friday, Weekend + Holiday Availability
Hot Air Balloon Chase Crew | Albuquerque, New Mexico

Rise above the rest, work with the best. We are looking for fun, energetic, people who are not afraid to work hard or get a little dirty.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the hot air balloon equipment
- Assist the pilot with flight preparation
- Make sure the guests receive the best customer service
- Follow the balloon during flight
- Pack up the equipment and return to the shop
Qualifications
- Able to lift 75+ lbs
- Good physical condition
- Reliable transportation to work
- Good personal hygiene
- Ability to work well with a team
Pay
$45 per shift + tips with the ability to earn more depending upon experience and responsibilities.
Hours
Most often early morning shifts, each shift lasts 3-4 hours on average. In the winter, afternoon shifts will be available as well. Shift options will be available every weekday, weekend, and holiday.
