Front Office Clerk/Receptionist | Phoenix, Arizona
General Description
To provide superior, highly-personalized and memorable service to our guests – both face-to-face and over the phone
Job Responsibilities
- Recommending service upgrades and new offerings to management by collecting guest feedback, researching competition, and analyzing general tourism trends
- Engaging potential customers by answering service questions, suggesting trip solutions to best fit customer needs, and serving as a general tourism resource for both Albuquerque and Phoenix
- Resolving any/all guest issues effectively and efficiently; suggesting and implementing solutions to problems and following up with guests to ensure expectations are met
- Developing proficiency in the reservation system to manage all guest accounts and trip manifests
- Answering office phones with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Booking flights and making changes to guest reservations
- Contributing to team effort by helping with general clerical tasks and other office duties

Hot Air Balloon Chase Crew | Phoenix, Arizona
General Description

Rise above the rest, work with the best. We are looking for fun, energetic, people who are not afraid to work hard or get a little dirty.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle the hot air balloon equipment
- Assist the pilot with flight preparation
- Make sure the guests receive the best customer service
- Follow the balloon during flight
- Pack up the equipment and return to the shop
Qualifications
- Able to lift 75+ lbs
- Good physical condition
- Reliable transportation to work
- Good personal hygiene
- Ability to work well with a team
Pay
$50 per shift (about 3.5 hours long) + tips with the ability to earn more depending upon experience and responsibilities.
Hours
Most often early morning shifts, each shift lasts 3-4 hours on average. In the winter, afternoon shifts will be available as well. Shift options will be available every weekday, weekend, and holiday.

Get paid to attend Balloon Fiesta every day! As a Hot Air Balloon Chase Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and safety of our hot air balloon flights during the Balloon Fiesta. You will assist with the launch, tracking, landing, and recovery of the hot air balloons. This position requires early morning starts, physical stamina, and a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup of hot air balloons, including unpacking and inflating the balloon envelope.
- Coordinate with the pilot and other crew members to ensure a smooth launch process.
- Track the balloon's flight path using GPS and visual observation.
- Communicate with the pilot to provide updates on weather conditions and potential landing sites.
- Drive the chase vehicle to follow the balloon's flight path and be ready for the landing.
- Assist with the safe landing of the hot air balloon.
- Help deflate, pack, and load the balloon and equipment onto the chase vehicle.
- Ensure all equipment is accounted for and in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, answering any questions they may have.
- Ensure passengers feel safe, informed, and entertained throughout the experience.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work all nine days of Balloon Fiesta (October 5 - 13, 2024)
- Availability to work October 2 -4, 2024 and October 14-16, 2024 is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role or outdoor activity is a plus.
