General Description
  • Looking for a fun, flexible part-time job? Work with the largest, top rated hot air balloon company in the Southwest. We have some of the best equipment in the industry, and certainly have the most fun! We are looking for energetic people who are not afraid to work hard or get a little dirty. Shifts Available: Early morning year-round Late afternoon November thru end of March Weekdays and weekends available. Each shift lasts 4-5 hours. Work whenever you’re available. Salary: Starts at $56 per shift + tips, dependent upon experience, varies by responsibility
Job Responsibilities
  • Set up the hot air balloon for flight
  • Assist the pilot with flight preparation
  • Make sure the passengers receive the best customer service
  • Follow the balloon during flight
  • Pack up equipment and return to the meeting point
Qualifications
  • Able to lift 75+ lbs
  • Good physical condition
  • Reliable transportation to work
  • Good personal hygiene
  • Ability to work well with a team
Pay
  • $60 per shift + tips, with the ability to earn more based on experience and responsibilities.
Hours
  • Typically scheduled for early morning shifts, with each lasting 3-4 hours on average. Shift options will be available every weekday, weekend, and holiday through the summer.
